MIMAAT381307 High temperature RFID tags are proven in their survivability in applications from automotive manufacturing to downhole oil & gas pipes to laundry and autoclaving. Our broad selection of heat resistant RFID tags offers everything from compact designs able to be inset into metal and vehicle tires to embedded wire tags capable of withstanding extreme temperatures.

Our high temperature metal tags use RFID technology, capable of reading meters within read-range in varying frequencies of  UHF 915 MHz with packaging materials of PA material as well as some proprietary high temperature materials. Standard heat resistant RFID tags are capable of 200 °C to 230 °C while extreme and ultra-high temperature RFID tags are capable of 300 °C . Common applications of heat resistant RFID tags include automotive manufacturing, downhill drilling, and any manufacturing process requiring high heat.
